Fees

Normally, Wimmer Associates bills on an hourly basis. Other arrangements can be made depending on the nature and scope of the assignment. The firm does not operate on a contingency fee basis.

At the discretion of the client, the firm encourages a cash or equity performance bonus as would normally be granted the chief executive officer for exemplary performance.

References

Engagements result from referrals from current and past clients, financial institutions, attorneys, accounting firms, major stockholders, directors, investment bankers and venture capital groups. Because of the highly confidential nature of our role, Wimmer Associates does not divulge names of clients without prior permission.
